    Ide joined Hakuhodo in 2004 and was assigned to strategic planning. He shifted roles to copywriting in 2008, joining Hakuhodo Kettle in 2020. He excels at solutions that incorporate PR and activation thinking, even if they revolve around copy, commercial or brand strategy. He his awards and achievement include Silver at Cannes Lions, a Grande Lotus at ADFEST, Silver at ACC Tokyo Creativity Awards, the Tokyo Copywriters Club Advertising Award Rookie of the Year Award and TCC Award Finalist, PR Award Grand Prix, placing in the top ten of U-CAN Word of the Year 2012, among others.
